Upgrades from the 110V Screw Pocket Machine are:

1. A spindle motor just like the ones in a CNC machine, running continuously with minimal maintenance
2. An air drill replacing a router motor

One simple motion drills a 6° pilot hole and machines a screw pocket at the same time in less than one second. A heavy-duty, direct drive continuous electric spindle motor allows for continuous pocketing production.

Featuring cam-driven action, this 208V screw hole pocket machine provides fast, smooth cutting with complete mechanical control throughout the cycle. The pilot air drill and end mill consistently produce high-quality low-angle 6° screw pockets. Requires standard 220V and 6.2 CFM at 90 PSI based on 25% load factor and 25% duty cycle.
