This cast-iron planer has a unique 4-post design that allows the motor and cutter head to move in unison, and ensures alignment regardless of stock thickness. Auto-depth lock features twin nitrogen cylinders that virtually eliminate snipping. The 4-sided premium carbide cutting inserts are indexed and easy to replace. Fixed table and extension wings are precision ground for smooth stock feeding and easy use of auxiliary stock support.
