Complete oxy-fuel system can handle high gas flow for faster cutting, heating, brazing, and welding. The medium-duty cutting attachment can cut up to 6" thick steel with appropriate tip. MC12 series medium-duty slip-in cutting tips are designed for general medium-duty hand cutting. Use with medium pressure acetylene and oxygen to cut 1/4" - 5/8" thick metal. MC40 series 2-piece medium-duty preheat cutting tips are designed for hand cutting with propane and propane-based fuel gases. Can cut from 1/2" - 5/8" thick metal.

• Tube-within-a-tube design provides strength while reducing weight.
• 3-tube construction keeps gases separate in the cutting attachment until mixed at the tip for safety. Mixed gas stays farthest away from the operator.
• PTFE packing provides a gas-tight seal while allowing the "drag" to be adjusted to the individual preference.
• Triple O-ring seal for easy 360° torch head rotation to reduce operator fatigue.
• Internal threads are protected from damage if torch is dropped.
• Flo-Trol™ valve eliminates seat burnout due to reverse flow of mixed gases.
• Center pre-heat valve can be used by both left- and right-handed operators.
• Ease-on cutting oxygen valve allows for smooth application of cutting oxygen, reducing keyholing and slag blowback when piercing.
• External relief valve protects regulator from damage due to inadvertent high-pressure surge. Relief valve will release excessive pressure and automatically reset.
• Stainless steel ball-style valves allow for smooth adjustment and positive seating to eliminate leaks.
• Riveted knobs will not come loose from the valve stem.
• Graf-Tite® Soft Seat tip protects the tip seat from nicking for longer use.
• Slip-in tip design means no wrench is needed for quick and easy tip changes.
• 2" regulator gauges are easy to read and are constructed from shatter-resistant polycarbonate lenses.
