Description

For connecting two or more copper wires, these twist-on wire connectors give you the highest quality and durability for any application. Their thermoplastic shell has flame-retardant properties that protect from heat distortion up to 221° F and resists reactions from hydrocarbons, diluted acid, and alkaline solutions. A long skirt prevents the exposure of bare wire. They're also color-coded so you can quickly and easily select the right size.

• WireGard connectors feature a straight-type polypropylene shell with side knurling for an easy grip.
• WingGard connectors feature a high-leverage, easy-on, wing-type design. The swept wings provide added turning torque and reduce the strain of multiple applications.

Inside each connector is a zinc-plated square wire-spring that automatically adjusts to the shape and size of the splice. This ensures a long lasting connection that resists corrosion and exceeds UL standards.
